Manhar Group has the largest Incubation Centre in Shenzhen China, occupying a total floor area of 6,600 square meters. Shenzhen Bao’An GIS project is another project that Manhar Group has participated in. The total floor area is about 80,000 square meters with total investment about RMB 500 million. The project includes ‘Cloud computing, Big data, Logistics network, Smart city and Mobile internet’ and other strategic emerging industries, based on ‘innovation + investment + incubation + industrialization’ service model. The project aims to establish the first Group Innovation Space (GIS) in China featuring diversification of entrepreneurial services, integration and ecology, creating a world-wide science and technology innovation base for strategic high-tech emerging industries
